About the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs)
The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) are premier autonomous public business schools established by the Government of India. Governed under the IIM Act 2017, these institutions award degrees with statutory recognition and enjoy the status of Institutions of National Importance. India currently has 21 IIMs spread across the country, each offering world-class management education and research programs.
